Italy to take on Ireland alongside RBS Six Nations match

On Saturday 7th February, Rome will turn into the Capital of Rugby. For one day the oval ball fans will be able to attend a double rugby meeting: in addition to the Italy vs. Ireland RBS Six Nations match, which will take place in the afternoon at the Olympic Stadium; at 10 am the Italian wheelchair rugby team will challenge the Irish team at the Stella Azzurra Basket Arena in Via Flaminia 867.

Pairing this friendly match with the great Six Nations event comes from an idea of the Italian Paralympic Committee in collaboration with FISPES - Paralympic and Experimental Sports Federation and ASD Ares, the sports association of the Romanes (Rome's wheelchair rugby team). Entrance will be free.

After the match, players and press will be invited to the prize giving ceremony and to the third half-time, which will take place by the Palatenda at the Unione Rugby Capitolina.
